wedding of Donald Duke’s daughter Xerona emerges online

- Xerona, one of the children of former governor Donald Duke recently held her traditional wedding recently
- She and her boo disc jockey Dr Caise looked amazing in their attires
- Photos have emerged from their special day
NaijaFavorite1.blogspot.com had earlier reported that Xerona, one of the daughters of former Cross River state governor Donald Duke was getting set to marry her disc jockey boo Dr Caise .
The couple recently had their traditional wedding ceremony and they looked very much in love. Xerona was dressed like an Efik princess while Dr Caise was dressed like a Yoruba man of royal heritage.
Xerona is a songwriter, filmmaker and activist while her husband Derin Philips aka Dr Caise is the son of Engineer Lanre Phillips and Chief (Mrs) Olateju Phillips, the former Lagos Commissioner for Special Duties and the first daughter of legendary billionaire, Chief Deinde Fernandez.
New bride Xerona had revealed during their introduction that she wanted to blend their cultures and we must say she did a good job.
“One of the aspects of the wedding we've looked forward to most is being able to embrace the cultures of our parents (my father is Efik and Quas, my mother is Kalabari and @drcaise is Yoruba), so we made the most of our #Introduction and I felt like a princess in my onyo onyo and double wrapper, while Derin looked rather dashing in his agbada,” she wrote.naijafavorite1.blogspot.com
