Social media has been buzzing ever since the story of a lady set to meet her future in-laws, refused to take off her nose ring as requested by her boyfriend. When it comes to meeting the family of one's partner, there is the unwritten rule about looking your best and leaving a rather good impression. Well, not everyone seems to be bothered about this. A Nigerian man recently took to social media to share the dilemma of his friend who is having issues with his girlfriend. According to his post, the man had intentions of taking her to meet his parents but wanted her to take off her nose ring first. He wrote, "She had a nose ring. He wanted to take her to see his parents. He asked her to remove the nose ring. The fight started...She said he didn't love her enough to defend her in front of his parents. 5-year-old Taju meets Oyo state Governor Ajimobi

5-year-old boy named Taju who melted the hearts of Nigerians after a video showing him struggling to speak English has met with Oyo state governor, Abiola Ajimobi. Taju spent time with Funke Akindele and her husband. She took to her Instagram page to share videos of the cute little boy in their home. Once again, Funke took to her page to share photos of the boy's meeting with the Oyo state governor, Abiola Ajimobi at the state house in Ibadan, the state capital. She captioned her post, "Thank you so much Mummy,Her Excellency Dr Florence Ajimobi ( wife of Oyo state Governor)for taking Taju’s case up. Thanks @abi_kd for answering my call. Pastor Paul Adefarasin, senior pastor of House On The Rock church was seen praying for the Super Eagles jersey hours before they took to the pitch against Croatia. Following their loss to Croatia at the ongoing 2018 FIFA World Cup , a lot of Nigerians are visibly angry at the Super Eagles. Many have taken to social media to share their thoughts on the dismal performance of the boys. Some have even started calling the players uncouth names. While this is going on, a Nigerian pastor was seen praying for the Super Eagles jersey hours before they took to the pitch against Croatia.
