England stars including Dele Alli, Kyle Walker, and Kieran Trippier all get their hair cut by Justin Carr.
Justin began his career at the age of 14, working in his local barbers and soon progressed through the ranks and earned the necessary qualifications, showcasing his talent the whole time.
His first big break arrived through pal and Bristol City midfielder Korey Smith, who was plying his trade for Norwich at the time.

One day, Smith asked if Justin could come down and give him and Kyle Naughton as well as Simeon Jackson a trim.
From that point, Justin and Naughton hit it off and through that he met Kyle Walker.
Presently, Justin is a relied upon barber and stylist for many of England's biggest footballers including Dele Alli and Kieran Trippier to name a few more.
During Euro 2016 the 26-year-old was even flown out to France by the players - and he has eyes set on more of the same at this summer's World Cup.

"Dele Alli and Kyle Walker sorted it out for me, coming over," Justin says. "I'm still buzzing from it. Anytime I get invited somewhere new I count it as a blessing."
On whether Justin has to provide the style or the players bring their own forward, he added: "It's like a relationship. It's a conversation, they ask if 'this could work' or 'do you reckon we could try this line'. It's player consultation."
Justin explains his work is display in front of thousands, if not millions, so he is always careful not making mistakes.

"There is social media, there is YouTube, there are cameras always there in HD," he continued. "If you make a mistake it will be seen.
"Barbering has gone on from short back and sides. That's evolved.
"And before it was just paparazzi, but now they're posing with brands, doing photoshoots.
"I feel like an artist. And I'm getting that recognition for being an artist. Before it was like, 'that's just a barber'. Now it's like, 'that's the barber'."
As most fans will know from watching their stars week in week out, each footballer has their own style. This again adds pressure to Justin's work.
"Dele Alli will have like a line, so you have to make sure the line's straight, make sure it's faded," he says.
"Someone like Chambo [Oxlade-Chamberlain] will have the fade so you have to make sure the fade's sharp, the top's nice and curly.
"Danny Welbeck has a high top so you've got to make sure it's flat.
"You've got to make sure that if you know that person's hair, you can recreate the same haircut consistently."
Meanwhile, NaijaFavorite had earlier reported that England narrowly defeated the Super Eagles of Nigeria at the famous Wembley Stadium.
Gary Cahill got the curtain raiser as Harry Kane added another to make it 2-0 in the first half. Alex Iwobi pulled one back it was not enough for as the match ended 2-1.
